Oyeghe is a brilliant and hardworking professional. His thirst for knowledge and drive for excellence mold his attitude, which is geared towards making sure the client comes first always. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL. B) from the Ebonyi State University, graduating with Second Class Honours (Upper Division). He Proceeded to the Nigerian Law School, where he maintained the same feat and obtained his Barrister at Law with a Second Class Honors (Upper Division).
He also holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree specializing in Energy and Natural Resources with Upper Credit. He is Certified Management Specialist with Distinction in Time Management from the London Graduate School. He is currently a doctoral research student.
He also holds several professional qualifications like Proficiency Certificate in Management from Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered), Professional certificate in Project Management, Professional Certification in Law Office Management among others.
Oyeghe is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Specialists. He is also a Fellow at the Centre for Productivity. He is a Certified Management Consultant.
He heads the Firms’ Oil and Gas, Energy and Constitutional/Human Rights Practice Groups. He has individually and in partnership with others pursued a number of human rights and public interest cases.
In the firm’s Oil and Gas Practice he had proffered legal support to companies involved in the exploration and production of hydrocarbons. The Team handles all aspects of oil and gas resource matters, which include licensing exploration rights.
It also advised on leases, Joint Operating Agreements, Joint Ventures, Service contract and Production Sharing Contracts (PSC) etc.
Oyeghe is the author of Evidence Law Clinic, and Fundamental Rights and Enforcement Procedure Clinic.
