Joseph Amaechi Ekwe

He authored the Essay that qualified Ebonyi State University to participate in Dr. Onyechi Ikpeazu (SAN) National Moot Court Competition, which Ebonyi State University took First Prize (1st position) in Dr. Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka.

He has freed and facilitated the freedom of several inmates and prisoners in Suleja Prisons (now Suleja Correctional Centre) using his position as the then Legal Aid President. He has participated as a pupil state counsel in Jail Delivery conducted by Hon. Justice Maria S. Zukogi former Chief Justice of Niger State.

His exceptional and outstanding qualities earned him several awards including a National Award from NYSC Niger State.

He is a core human rights activist. He has appeared in all levels of courts in Nigeria. He is a dynamic litigation lawyer. He heads the Firms Environmental Law and Labour/ Employment Law Practice Groups.
